Affordable Communities of America

Affordable Communities of America is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that works with Middleburg and other community and for-profit partners to create and preserve affordable and attainable housing throughout the United States. Its nonprofit status enables the organization to access creative financing and find innovative solutions to the declining supply of affordable housing.
