Middleburg Communities is pleased to present our Middleburg Markets Report for the 4th quarter of 2024.

Middleburg has always been proud of our consistently strong performance in all aspects of the rental housing industry and of the rigorous, data-driven approach that we deploy to evaluate those local conditions that are key to our success in development, acquisition, or other forms of investment in each market. We have worked particularly hard on extending our capabilities to evaluate markets in every part of the country, as we expect to grow over the next few years into one of thecountry’s largest providers of high-quality attainable rental housing.

In this report, for the first time, we summarize conditions and outlook for 30 of the largest markets not only in “our” part of the country but nationwide, along with a rotating selection of 10 other large or medium-sized markets—again, importantly, in all regions of the country.
