Peyton Randolph

As an Analyst on the Site Acquisitions team, Mr. Randolph is responsible for supporting the sourcing and initial evaluation of potential development opportunities for Middleburg. His role focuses on site sourcing, preliminary underwriting, site due diligence, and conducting market research in select submarkets throughout the Southeast.

Prior to joining Middleburg, Mr. Randolph was an intern with Cushman & Wakefield's Industrial Brokerage team in Charlotte. He then spent a summer as an intern with Middleburg's Site Acquisitions team before stepping into a full-time role as an Analyst.

Mr. Randolph earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with minors in Real Estate at the Kenan-Flagler Business School and in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE).
