Prior to joining Middleburg Construction, Erica worked at Wood Partners, LLC, where she oversaw subcontractor and consultant contracts, including drafting, issuing, and maintaining documentation to ensure compliance with company standards. She managed monthly payment applications and development invoices, coordinated review and approval processes, tracked change orders, lien waivers, and closeout documentation to support timely project execution.
