Melissa Pelham
As Construction Contracts Manager, Ms. Pelham works closely with Project Managers, Field Teams and Subcontractors to help facilitate the administration and compliance requirements for multiple construction projects from inception to completion. This entails generating new contracts, purchase orders, reviewing subcontractor draw applications as well as creating monthly owner billing while monitoring internal budget costs.
Ms. Pelham brings over 10 plus years of experience in the construction industry. More recent roles include Sr. Project Accountant for a Multi-family builder, Construction Loan Closing Officer and CRE Servicing Officer in the Home Builder sector for several financial institutions. She also has experience in Risk Management where she monitored a CRE portfolio of criticized assets.
Ms. Pelham received her associate's degree in business administration from Sawyer Business College and her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from David N. Myers University.
