Mohamed "Mo" Sillah

As Assistant Director of Preconstruction, Mr. Sillah is responsible for developing conceptual budgets, identifying underlying project risks, performing site analyses, forecasting material and labor challenges, managing bidding and estimating efforts, maintaining subcontractor relationships, and delivering comprehensive preconstruction services.

Mr. Sillah brings more than 12 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in preconstruction across multifamily, residential site development, commercial, hospitality, condominium, and healthcare markets. Prior to joining Middleburg Communities, he served as Preconstruction Manager for Fairfield Residential, where he led estimating and preconstruction operations throughout the Southeastern region. He also brings national-level experience from his tenure at Mill Creek Residential in the Northern California Bay Area, where he supported preconstruction efforts on wrap, mid-rise podium, and high-rise multifamily developments.

Mr. Sillah holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park.
