Karl Mull

As Project Manager of Construction, Mr. Mull is responsible for overseeing new multi-family construction projects from pre-construction through completion. His responsibilities include budget management, subcontractor negotiations and contracts, schedule development and management, quality control, and project staff management.

Mr. Mull has over 25 years of construction management experience in both the single-family and multi-family industries. Prior to joining Middleburg Construction, he worked for Carocon Corporation as a Senior Lead Superintendent and, for the last four years, as a Project Manager overseeing all facets of garden-style, walk-up apartment construction projects.

Mr. Mull attended Gaston College, where he studied Business Management.
