Toni Barnes

Ms. Barnes works closely with the Construction Management team to support accounting administration for job setup and ensure project and contract compliance. As Contract Manager, she prepares contracts, owner billings, and purchase orders, while reviewing and assisting subcontractors with their monthly drawings.

Toni brings over eight years of project accounting experience in commercial and residential multifamily construction, primarily within the subcontractor sector. Before joining Middleburg, she spent five years with Batson-Cook Construction as a Project Accountant, supporting Project Managers, the Senior Vice President/General Manager, and the Vice President of Business Development. She also spent two years with Dalton Building Group as a Construction Coordinator, supporting River Rock Real Estate Investments.

Toni attended Jackson State University, where she studied Business Administration and Management, and later earned her degree from the University of Phoenix.
