Josie Rouse

In her role, Ms. Rouse supports the full lifecycle of multifamily development projects from site evaluation to construction commencement. She conducts feasibility analyses, coordinates municipal approvals, manages schedules and budgets, and oversees due diligence. She also supports design coordination and collaborates with the construction team to align plans, control costs, and ensure a smooth project launch.

Before joining Middleburg, Ms. Rouse spent 4 years at Brasfield & Gorrie in Project Management, where she was responsible for managing various aspects of construction project execution, including subcontractor coordination, procurement, document control, scheduling, and compliance. She led efforts in project startup, quality control, cost tracking, submittal management, and closeout, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and timely project delivery.

Ms. Rouse graduated from University of North Carolina Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts - Majoring in Management and Society with a Minor in Entrepreneurship.
