Evan Pingitore

Mr. Pingitore is responsible for supporting the capital markets team through underwriting acquisition and development opportunities and performing due diligence on deals progressing through the development cycle. He also assists the asset management team with investor reporting, tracking, and monitoring properties under management.

Before joining Middleburg, Mr. Pingitore was a global real estate analyst at Chatham Financial where he was responsible for debt valuation, debt management operations, and covenants monitoring. He also spent time with EQT Exeter as an industrial acquisitions intern.

Mr. Pingitore graduated from The Pennsylvania State University where he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
