Gray Batten

In his role, Mr. Batten supports the full lifecycle of multifamily development projects in the Charleston, Charlotte, and Asheville markets from conceptual planning through stabilization. Related responsibilities include site feasibility analysis, due diligence, entitlements and permitting, scheduling, budgeting, financial analysis, design, financing support, and consultant coordination.

Most recently, he worked with DHI Communities where he oversaw various stages of the development cycle for over 1,700+ apartment and BTR units in the Carolinas.

Mr. Batten holds a bachelor’s degree in government from Wofford College and has been a ULI member since 2022.
