Nick Herring

Nick Herring is responsible for sourcing new opportunities and executing new multifamily and build-to-rent (BTR) opportunities in the Tampa Bay market. Nick’s experience spans 15 in real estate development and construction management, including 4,350 multifamily units completed in Tampa Bay and across Florida. Prior to joining Middleburg, Nick served as Executive Vice President at Framework Group, a Tampa-based multifamily developer and builder, where he oversaw all development and general contracting activities. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business, with concentrations in Real Estate and Strategy.
