Aaron Douthit

Aaron Douthit serves as Development Partner – North Texas at Middleburg, where he leads the firm’s development efforts in the North Texas markets. He brings more than 10 years of experience developing, capitalizing, and divesting multifamily assets in Texas and the Southwest. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in the acquisition, capitalization, and development of projects representing more than $2.7 billion in aggregate value.

Prior to Middleburg, Aaron spent 10 years at JPI in various roles supporting the full development lifecycle for the vertically integrated multifamily developer headquartered in Dallas. As Vice President, Area Development Partner, Aaron played a leadership role on the firm’s Central Region Development Team, delivering 26 project starts and nearly 9,000 units. Aaron is a CFA® charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Midwestern State University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and competed as an NCAA athlete on the men’s soccer team.
