Adam Ricketts

Mr. Ricketts is responsible for sourcing new opportunities and managing new multifamily and build-to-rent (BTR) developments from concepts through construction in the Charlotte, Charleston, and Asheville markets.

Adam has 15-plus years of industry experience in the development, redevelopment, and operation of large-scale multi-family and commercial developments. Prior to joining Middleburg, he was employed by Jefferson Apartment Group, Bell Partners and Venture Properties, completing a total of 6,000+ units as either development or redevelopment projects.

Mr. Ricketts holds bachelor’s degrees in history and a minor in Urban and Regional Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
