David Breen

Breen leads Middleburg's multifamily development activity in the Phoenix market, responsible for sourcing new opportunities and managing projects from site identification through execution.

He brings more than 11 years of real estate development experience to the role, most recently as Director of Development at StreetLights Residential, where he oversaw eight Arizona projects across various stages of development totaling 2,361 units.

Breen holds a Master of Real Estate Development from Arizona State University. He is a member of ULI Arizona and serves as Vice Chair of the Multifamily, Affordable and Senior (MASH) Local Product Council.
