Kelly Dranginis

Kelly Dranginis serves as Development Partner, Denver at Middleburg. In this role she leads development from site identification through capitalization and project execution. Throughout her 10 years of experience developing multifamily and mixed-use communities throughout Colorado and California, she has led the development of projects representing more than $1 billion in value and over 2,400 apartments.

Prior to joining Middleburg, Dranginis served as Managing Director at Holland Partner Group, where she led the Denver Development Team overseeing investor relationships, project execution, and land sourcing. Earlier in her career she held roles at UDR, Inc. and S.L. Green. Dranginis holds a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.
