He is responsible for payroll and benefits administration, HRIS ownership, system configuration, employee lifecycle processes, compliance oversight, audit readiness, reporting, and vendor management. In this role, he ensures operational accuracy, data integrity, and consistency across People Operations, while driving continuous improvements that enhance efficiency, clarity, and the overall employee experience.
