Ali Edelstein

In her role, Ms. Edelstein serves as Chief of Staff and Senior Vice President, People & Culture at Middleburg. In this role, she works closely with the executive leadership team to advance strategic priorities, strengthen organizational alignment, and support cross-functional initiatives that drive the company’s continued growth and performance. She also leads all aspects of the People & Culture function, including team member engagement, talent acquisition, learning & development, benefits administration, and the cultivation of a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

Ms. Edelstein brings more than 25 years of experience in human resources, talent management, and organizational development. Prior to joining Middleburg, she led the Talent Management team at US Fitness Holdings, LLC, where she oversaw training and onboarding, succession planning, and talent development initiatives. She has also held senior HR leadership roles with Sunrise Senior Living, the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Strayer University, and the Investor Responsibility Research Center.

A lifelong learner, Ms. Edelstein holds numerous certifications in human resources and leadership development. She earned a Master of Science degree from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Radford University.
