She began her career in education, where she refined her expertise in instructional design and facilitation, before transitioning into organizational development within the construction industry. She later advanced her career in the technology sector, where she expanded her capabilities in leadership development, performance management, and workforce learning strategies.

Ms. Harris earned a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
