Sidney Wittmer

Ms. Wittmer is the Office Manager for Middleburg Communities' Charlotte office, where she oversees daily operations, manages administrative functions, and supports communication to advance company goals.

Before joining Middleburg in 2025, Sidney worked in IT Asset Management with AECOM and has four years of prior Office Manager experience supporting leadership and organizational initiatives.

She holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Gaston College and is completing her final year of a Bachelor’s in Business Law at Western Carolina University, with plans to pursue an MBA upon graduation.
