Rachel Noone

Rachel Noone is a Partner and the Head of Portfolio Management. She is responsible for all operational and accounting aspects of properties from pre-development through construction completion.

In her role, Rachel develops policies, procedures, and controls to maximize project transparency and minimize risk associated with the real estate development and construction process. She holds direct responsibility for all pre-development funding requests, pay applications, construction draws, and related processing. In this capacity, she is also integral to lender and partner relations.

Rachel has over 12 years of tenure with Middleburg. Previously, she spent 12 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Structured Finance Group, where she was responsible for cash flow modeling, collateral analysis, and customized investor analysis for commercial and residential mortgage-backed securities offerings. Rachel graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
