Tommy Gallagher

Tommy Gallagher is the Head of Construction at Middleburg. He oversees the real estate construction activity throughout the portfolio and is responsible for the strategic direction and risk management on all construction projects.

Before joining Middleburg, Tommy was Vice President of Construction at Grosvenor, where he oversaw the company's North American building activities. Before joining Grosvenor, he worked at Balfour Beatty Construction as a Project Manager, responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcomes for multiple construction projects.

Tommy attended the University of Virginia, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
